I have verified that my Outlook and iPhone match timezones. I have even searched these forums and only found this identical question, but with no answer here: Outlook Task reminders sync incorrectly. I have searched via Google with no success on a resolution. Even the reminder time shows in Outlook as AM. If I use my phone to create the exact Reminder above, everything is synced back to Outlook correct. This has been an issue before I noticed this as I did not get a reminder and missed something I was supposed to do. If I then look at the Reminders app on my phone for my Exchange account the task is displayed, but the reminder time has been changed to 12 AM.
